What we are looking for:
At Xero, the Sales Operations Team are the driving force behind the NZ team’s business performance. The main purpose of this 12 month maternity contract is to support the Director of operations to provide in-depth, multi-tiered analysis and recommendations on business metrics to the LT team to enable them to make crucial decisions, identifying any potential headwinds that would affect the business.
This role will be the focal point for a range of reporting and sales queries, problem solving, whilst implementing and streamlining sales processes. Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager and the wider Go-To-Market Operations team, you will operationalise the delivery of the NZ strategy. The role will also support the drive to increase Marketing and Sales automation, data integrity, training and sales support.
What you’ll do:• Respond to all inbound inquiries, providing solutions to any problems across the GTM.• Serve as the internal point of contact for a variety of systems including Salesforce• Work with the Sales Operations Manager and the Sales Teams to gather feedback and improve on existing processes to build in efficiencies for our Sales team.• Driving our CRM data clean up and partner based profiling, utilising all resources available to you. Highly competent in our internal systems including Smarts, document management processes, improvements, data integrity, data cleansing• Develop and maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of accountants, bookkeepers and partners for market awareness, marketing activities and events
What you’ll bring:• You will be a proactive Analyst supporting the GTM team to achieve their sales metrics in the most efficient and successful way.• Previous experience in a sales environment• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Salesforce• Preferably use of workload management tools e.g ASANA• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and Google sheets• High level of detail and confidence working with numbers
