What we’re looking forWe're seeking a candidate with strong experience in Operational or Admin/Office Management. You should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on process improvement and innovation. Experience managing operational projects is a must. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a can-do attitude are essential. You should be able to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. If you have a passion for problem-solving and experience in planning and organizing events, we want to hear from you.
What does the job involve?As the Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and efficiency of services within Smartly. You will be responsible for systems administration, HR support such as Onboarding and Offboarding staff, IT services coordination, booking travel and spearheading staff engagement initiatives, event planning and execution.
