About the role
Our awesome Team Coordinator has been promoted! We need a dynamic replacement. Are you a personable and proactive Team Coordinator? Join our Auckland team! You will support senior leaders and team members to drive efficiency and provide amazing service to clients. We have an open and honest, trusting environment that supports staff development and believe that this enables us to provide quality client service.

Your previous Team Coordinator or administrative experience will ensure that you have an eye for detail and never miss a beat. You will thrive in a team environment ensuring all the pieces from client reports to team events come together, making improvements as you go.

You will work with a wider support team but have the autonomy and opportunity to take ownership of your role.

Your responsibilities will include:

· supporting local partners and the wider team with team coordination and month end processes; including invoicing and timesheeting

· assisting to organise team and client events

· supporting one-off projects

· assisting with client proposals, packs and communications

· document management and filing responsibilities

· working closely with the wider team to ensure the work runs smoothly

About You

  • Previous Coordination or admin experience will see you hit the ground running
  • A proactive and intuitive work ethic
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence with systems and MS Office suite
  • Superb organisation and time management
  • Strong relationship focus with a professional approach to dealing with a variety of people
