Are you ready to front one of New Zealand's most iconic brands in a fast-paced and people-facing environment?
Entain Australia and New Zealand currently have an opportunity at our Fitzroy TAB Branch as a Customer Service Representative working 30 hours per week. Working in the team will allow you to have access to shifts across 7 days with the typical branch opening hours ranging from 9.00am until 7.00pm, Monday - Sunday. Ideally, we are looking for you to be flexible across the week and able to work nights and weekends.
While we would be keen to hear from anyone with TAB experience, this is not essential, and we can provide training.
About the role
As the face of the business, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. While providing excellent customer service, you will quickly and accurately assist in the placing of bets while creating an engaging experience. Cash handling and confidence in your numeric skills are a must.
Further, you will provide expert product knowledge and advice to our customers and create an atmosphere that highlights the organisation as a fun and welcoming environment. You must be available to work within the opening hours, which will include evening and weekend work, including the possibility of public holidays.

- Cash handling or till experience
- Excellent customer service
- An interest in sports and racing
- Previous TAB experience (beneficial but not essential)
- Previous gaming operating experience (beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Great communication skills
- Flexibility in shifts
- A positive attitude day in and day out
- The ability and willingness to learn to become a product expert
