About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, talented and creative Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Hind Management. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our brands, their execution and implementation through marketing strategies and activity that promote our brands and drive awareness, engagement and value. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand messaging and design consistency across all touch points and alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage brand strategies and implementation across marketing programmes, campaigns and material
- Create and manage brand guidelines, brand assets and brand collateral, including digital and print material
- Manage campaigns, promotions and social media programmes, ensuring execution is aligned to brand
- Creative design and content copy writing for web, social media, soft and hard copy collateral and other internal and external material needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement programmes of work
- Monitor and analyse brand health, guest feedback and campaign performance to inform brand, content and product service strategies and improvements
- Research and analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience and in a brand marketing and content creation role (3-5 years)
- Experience developing and managing successful marketing campaigns and promotions with associated analyzing and reporting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite esp. InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro (video editing advantageous)
- Proven experience in creative design and copy writing
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, aesthetics and detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Study in Marketing with a solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices
