About the Graduate Program
You will be given Sales Training, Mentorship, and a group of entry level customers within the to start you on your career. You will be eligible for our performance based Bonus after 6 months and after 12 months a review for a vehicle allowance. There are clear lines of progression within Redox with numerous examples of long term tenure. More than just a job, Redox offers a career.
About the role
This role is balanced between hands-on visits with your customers and desk-based work.
A typical day involves information gathering, creating proposals, price negotiation, customer visits and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
You are a motivated and driven individual and may have recently graduated. You are ready to start a stable, long-term career starting as one of our Sales Consultants.

- Ideally you have previous customer service experience.
Requirements:
- Driver’s License (as you will be required to visit customers during and after training is required).
- Permanent Resident or NZ Citizen.
