Position summary:ArchiPro's Product team is the driving force behind our continuous product evolution within a traditional and complex industry. Our success is dependent on building solutions that help our clients to connect, engage and transact within our two-sided marketplace.
Reporting to the Head of Product, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing market research, product sentiment and iteration, and adoption of our key product features.
You’ll work with commercial business and technical teams across ArchiPro, including those in Advertising, Marketing and Platform, collaborating to help solve client problems, support sales enablement and messaging to ensure success for ArchiPro and its clients.
A key focus will be on measuring our platform performance and lifting feature awareness and adoption to create a more seamless ArchiPro experience for our clients and those browsing.
What your week will look like: 30% Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviours.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments.
- Gather and interpret customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
- Segment the target market based on demographics, psychographics, and other relevant criteria.
- Develop buyer personas to represent different customer segments and their specific needs.
30% User Experience and Product Iteration:
- Gather feedback on product concepts, wireframes, and prototypes from stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and subject matter experts.
- Conduct usability testing and user research to identify pain points, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to iterate on product features and designs based on user feedback and market insights.
- Monitor user engagement metrics, such as user retention, conversion rates, and user satisfaction scores, to measure the impact of UX changes and inform future iterations.
30% Go-to-Market Strategy and Product Launch:
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and other stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for new products or features.
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers.
- Create marketing collateral such as sales decks, product data sheets, and website content e.g. landing pages.
- Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines.
- Develop pricing strategies and pricing models based on market analysis, competitive positioning, and product value.
