Based in Takapuna our awesome client is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join their Team.
Breakdown for the role:
90% of time
- Telemarketing: calling 150-200 warm leads a day
- Customer on-boarding: helping our customers understand our service and help them get started
- Customer Service: registration and help desk inbound emails and calls
- Pre-Print Production: Supporting pre-print production team - checking in orders, scanning, approving art
10% of time
- Helping cover and supplement general customer service and sales when needed
- Customer service - email and phone
- Quoting and admin
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven call centre experience
- Mature, independent, customer centric thinking style and personality
- Highly motivated to achieve targets An abundance of energy and strong work ethic
- Uncompromising attention to detail in every task performed
- Process-oriented mindset and disciplined to work within our proven system
- Computer and tech-savvy
