ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining us for 6 months to cover parental leave, this exciting opportunity will see you play a leading role in our qualitative team working with our clients to understand and explore their businesses objectives, and design and deliver research solutions that put people back at the heart of the project.
Taking an active role in the delivery of amazing work, you will be responsible for all parts of research and insight process, from proposal and project design to the delivery of actionable and strategic insights and outputs.
As a senior member of the qual team, you will use your coaching and development skills to lead and develop effective project teams ensuring great outcomes are delivered and junior team members are mentored and developed.

ABOUT YOU
You might be a seasoned qualitative researcher from an agency or commercial environment who is eager for a new challenge. Or, you might be a freelancer who is keen to jump into agency life for a fixed term to further develop your skills. If you’re looking for an opportunity in an environment that values continuous learning and skill-building, working alongside industry experts, and solving complex problems for clients, this could be the role for you!
You hold a university degree in your area of expertise. With 6+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency, commercial environment, or in freelancing, you've honed your skills in qualitative research. You have fine-tuned expertise in research, marketing, psychology or social science fields.
You have excellent knowledge of insights covering a range of project areas, including such; as brand and communication development and testing, innovation and NPD.
You have a track record of leading projects with ease and impact, backed by solid analytical abilities. You have knowledge, or the desire to learn, in the area of Culture Analysis and/or Behaviour Change. You're not afraid to think outside the box and explore new ideas, using your creativity to solve complex challenges with our clients.
As a natural leader, you excel at collaborating with your team, mentoring others, and guiding clients to success.
