Who are we | KoTeTaurapaTuhonoteneiWe are looking for two Customer Advisors to join the Customer Team (one Permanent role and one 12-month Fixed Term) as NZTE’s critical first point of contact for customer enquiries and new customers providing outstanding customer support, solutions and realistic support to New Zealand’s businesses helping them grow bigger, better, faster.

As the first connection point for NZTE customers, you are focused on delivering and building an excellent omnichannel customer experience that exceeds customers’ expectations.
