Job Description

Internship Project Brief:

  • Tool: Chameleon
  • Project: Product Tours / Customer Experience
  • Timeline: 12 weeks / 16 hours per week
  • Hourly Rate: $26.00

Internship Overview

We are excited to offer an internship opportunity for an individual who is passionate about technology and interested in user experience (UX) and customer success. This internship will provide hands-on experience in utilising new software tools, particularly Chameleon, to enhance user onboarding and drive customer success within the Komodo platform. We are looking for someone to work collaboratively with key Product and Customer Success team members to create in-app tours and guides to ensure every customer becomes a Komodo expert quickly and smoothly during their onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product and Customer Success teams to understand user needs and objectives.
  • Utilise Chameleon to create and manage in-app tours, tooltips, and user onboarding guides within the Komodo platform.
  • Demonstrate autonomy and initiative to find optimal solutions.
  • Gather feedback and iterate on embedded tours and guides to improve effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A keen interest in working in the tech industry with an impact-driven tech startup.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools (if you have experience with Chameleon or other user experience/onboarding platforms that will be an enormous bonus but in no way expected).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design concepts is a plus but not required.
  • Basic understanding of/experience with HTML and CSS is a plus but not required.
