As a senior engineer at Phocas, you'll:
- make and communicate well-informed technical and architectural decisions
- drive and cultivate a high performing team culture
- mentor and provide guidance to other engineers
Requirements
We're looking for:
- Confident, experienced engineers with a strong history of delivering software products in modern web technologies: ReactJS, Typescript, C#, and SQL
- Experience with cloud technologies, ideally AWS
- A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to find innovative solutions for complex challenges
- Enthusiasm and passion
- A growth mindset
- A sense of fun and a genuine desire to work, learn and grow as part of a diverse, collaborative team
