We’re looking for a new Channel Marketing Manager, New Zealand to join our Avondale based Marketing team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Digital amp; Owned Channels, you will be accountable for supporting the successful execution of the NZ market customer channels’ programs to help in supporting customer experience, brand development and market growth.

This is a key role which is responsible for delivering to executional requirements that support delivery against objectives for general customer channel market development, and NZ performance, made in accordance with our overarching brand, category and channel strategies. Success in this role will be measured through NZ sales performance, as well as market awareness and customer engagement as reported through local BEM (Brand Equity Monitoring) and NPS (Nett Promoter Scores).

About you

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, channel marketing or sales role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying the principles and processes for designing and implementing successful marketing amp; communications campaigns.
  • Demonstrated capability in effective communications and writing skills, to deliver correct and relevant execution of communications requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience in adhering to regulations in relation to correct use of customer information.
  • Experience working with displays, suppliers and customers to build and execute plans.
  • Experience working with market leading brands and developing successful programs and campaigns.
  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Marketing/Sales) or Business or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation.

Previous experience and proven track record in an FMCG or similar industry desirable.
