The insights team is responsible for a suite of new products that will enable our small businesses customers to more easily understand their business performance and cash flow. Providing the tools for accountants and bookkeepers to start deeper conversations and create actions to improve business performance and health
This role requires a person who is a great team player, comfortable working across teams. You will have an eye for detail, but can understand and articulate the bigger picture. You will be flexible, highly adaptable to change, proactive and a great communicator.
What you’ll do

• You’ll bring your natural curiosity, detailed approach and customer-oriented thinking to all you do. Proactively delivering customer insights to inform product decisions
• Working with stakeholders to understand objectives, value and success measures for new features and enhancements
• Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including engineering, product, design, delivery, CX, business team representatives, subject matter experts and external customers
• Collaborate and support the development team to discover potential solutions to agreed customer and business problems
• Work with product leaders to complete market and competitor analysis
