ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will join our team of subject matter experts and advise in Site Operation process and production. You will support the team to help in achieving operational excellence and meet the company’s performance objectives.
DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and update Project Management systems aligned with the strategic plan
- Maintain internal performance standards through site operations reviews
- Implement and enhance planning practices to optimize productivity
- Incorporate Health amp; Safety into daily site operations
- Assist in onboarding and training site team members
- Conduct monthly reviews to ensure project compliance and report corrective actions
- Establish staff competence and comprehension through monthly reviews
- Monitor changes in legislation and contractual environment that can affect the site operation
Requirements
- We are looking for someone with a background in Project Management
- Thorough understanding of commercial construction contracts
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience with MS Projects
- Strong communication amp; relationship building skills
