The Opportunity
As a Senior QA Analyst within the Professional Services team your skills will be used across a wide breadth of challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong background in testing of D365 CRM Customer Engagement and Field Service management.
- Create and execute test plans, scripts to validate the system functionality and performance.
- Use your experience to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate user stories into test scenarios.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies and procedures to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and communicate software defects and issues to the development team using the issue tracking systems.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that software defects are resolved, and new features are implemented correctly.
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of testing.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst specifically with D365 CRM Customer Engagement and Field Service management is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases and test scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated expertise in test and release management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with automation is a plus.
