You will lead, coach and develop a team to support our external objectives with our key audiences including international influencers, and exporters and investors. . You will also ensure that our internal communications across our global teams of around 650 people are well informed and connected to our purpose and strategy. Our communications strategy and work programme is an approximate split of 80% external, 20% internal.You'll will provide guidance to our leadership teams.. You will work closely with our offshore Marketing, Communications and Solutions teams, New Zealand based Director of Marketing, and Director of Brand and Content, and with Ministers’ offices to ensure strong collaboration and delivery.
