Job Description

We're looking for an energetic and experienced Administration and Accounts Support to join our team based in Christchurch.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be part of the Customer Service team, responsible for providing administration and accounting support to our service teams in Christchurch.

In this role you will be:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of creditor invoices
  • Data entry of purchase orders and contracts in an accurate and timely manner
  • Prepare business correspondence typically using the Google Suite
  • Coordinate between divisions in resolving day-to-day administrative problems and technical issues
  • Answer telephone inquiries from clients, attend to visitors, and assist other employees in the business with their inquiries
  • Support employees in assigned project-based work
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Assist with keeping the office space tidy

To succeed in this role:

  • You'll have an excellent telephone manner and good customer-centric communication skills
  • You'll also be a confident communicator who can communicate with a diverse base of internal and external stakeholders
  • You'll be accurate and have strong attention-to-detail skills
  • You'll be IT savvy and in particular experience in MS and Google platforms
  • You'll have excellent time management skills, be target-focused and client-focused
  • Have a high standard of personal presentation, a desire to succeed, organisation skills, and a solution-oriented focus
  • Possess a strong work ethic, a sense of humour, and a passion for customer service, and enjoy and share the thrills of winning as a team.
