Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Office Administrator in a sole-charge role to join our client here in Kelvin Grove, Palmy. Reporting to the managing director, you will be responsible for day-to-day running of the office, including all aspects of finance, administration, document management and health and safety.

Our managing director is eager to focus their time working on the business, than working in it, which is where you come in. As Senior Office Administrator, you will take the lead on all administrative tasks to ensure the business continues to run smoothly. You know what you’re doing, and it’s clear from day dot. You will be methodical by nature, have great communication skills (both written and verbal) and work well with others to get things across the line. You will have a high level of accuracy and thrive in a sole-charge environment.

You will be confident in all aspects of finance, as you will be looking after AR amp; AP functions, including the maintenance of Xero. You may have experience in the construction industry, or you are new to the industry and eager to take on a new challenge, either way, we want to chat.

If you are someone who appreciates traditional work hours, this role is for you. Monday Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
