Your talent is critical to help us build out test automation frameworks and drive modern automation thinking and practice in our enterprise level clients. We place our trust in you to build on our industry-leading frameworks in the API, UI and Mobile space. In order to create optimal test automation suites, you will also bring a history of great testing practices and truly understand how automation fits into the wider QA strategy.
The offering salary for the successful candidate for the Associate Role is $60,000-$65,000
What you will do? (Your Why):
You will implement, improve and augment test automation frameworks in Java, C# or Selenium. You will be creative in your approaches and be able to implement solutions that require the use of multiple tools and technologies. You will bring test automation experience spanning across a variety of tools and platforms.
What you will bring:
- Proven knowledge of the proper automation approach across the software testing levels and with various software development lifecycles such as Agile and DevOps
- Ability to analyse a project, determine the optimal tool set, implement a proof-of-concept and present the results
- Proven ability to deliver quality results in a busy and dynamic business-focused environment
- Knowledge of good software development practices and current methodologies and tools such as BDD with Gherkin
- Ability to contribute to developing test automation skills and knowledge within the wider team
- Dedication to improvement via training, certifications or self-study
- Java Spring Boot, Automation experience with Selenium (Java or C#), Junit, RestAssured
- Experience with API mocking tools such as Mockito
- CI/CD with Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- API documentation with Swagger
- Insurance and/or government domain experience
Desirable Technology experience:
- Performance testing with Gatling or JMeter
- Concepts such as Containerisation, REST API, API Security and Cloud concepts
