Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Events Coordinator to join our award-winning team of events experts based in Auckland.
What you’ll be doing | He aha tau e mahi ana
You will have enough experience working in events to know that this is the career for you and be hungry to learn and grow your events expertise! Working closely with our Event Managers you will work on a mixture of virtual and hybrid and in-person events. The role is varied and you will enjoy multi-tasking and working on multiple projects. You will help with event documentation, utilise technology to distribute and manage invitations/RSVP’s, source and manage appropriate suppliers, right through to ensuring that events logistics whether virtual or in-person - run like clockwork. Our mix of domestic and international offices makes our NZTE whanau highly diverse, so you will draw on your cultural awareness, empathy, and exceptional customer service to ensure that every interaction reflects positively on the team. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

What you’ll need to be successful | Ko nga mea ka hiahiatia e koe kia angitutehaere
- 2-3 years event experience in a similar role- Ideally experience with virtual/hybrid events- Experience with event management software, virtual event technology, CRM and registration platforms would be advantageous- Exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
