Our Support Centre is 1,000 people strong, who all play a vital role in supporting our network of 330+ stores across the North Island.About the roleAs an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you’ll be part of our Financial Shared Services team who manage the receivables across Foodstuffs North Island (think PAK’nSAVE, New World and Four Square) and its group of companies.You’ll work across all business units to:- Receive, record amp; resolve queries in relation to financial transactions including sundry invoicing - Weekly Direct Debits Statements for stores- Daily Banking Reconciliation - Administer busy inbox(s)- Collection for FSNI Group, including running statements- Learn root cause analysis and assist with investigation of any errors in transactions About youThis is a busy role in a small team, with a mix of accounts, admin and customer service and you will have had previous experience or an understanding of Accounts Receivable, be familiar with financial workflows and be comfortable working at pace we need you to hit the ground running!You will bring a customer centric approach with high level of relationship management focus to deliver excellence and have excellent planning and communication skills.
A natural ability to collaborate with others, clearly articulate ideas/concepts and present information to others!
You will have a good understanding of SAP and the flow of financial documents or be a self learner and enjoy figuring things out.
This is a very busy role so you must be able to process large volumes of work daily and have a passion for process improvement with intermediate levels of Excel.
