Senior Product Manager - API Connected Experiences

Job Description
Fuel50 is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to work within our Connected Experiences team. Reporting to the Group Product Manager (GPM), you will own strategy and execution across our Fuel50 Integrations, API and Data Products, partnering with our customers, product designers and engineers to maximize the potential of our platform.

As a key player in a growing product org of a scaling start-up, you want to take the initiative and shape how the function evolves over time. In partnership with a cross-disciplined team of leaders across product, design, engineering and Product Marketing, you will develop a vision and strategy for a portfolio of products and then execute on it, refining it as you learn.
Partnering with a technical team lead, you will work alongside a small, talented team of engineers. Your skilful leadership enables them to deliver compelling products and services that solve real problems for our customers. This involves working across disciplines to ensure that we are giving the right priority to the right aspects of the Fuel50 experience at the right time.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a high growth product organisation, preferably in a B2B SAAS product, with experience building products for developers/APIs
- A technical background is important for this role to build for what developers love - you're a PM by trade, but also enjoy geeking out over fun technical challenges!
- You'll have prior experience working on API's and understand how code is built and deployed, and the challenges faced during API design.
- You have a strong execution track record and have shipped features and products often.
- You are well-versed in modern product discovery practices enabling your team to understand and use modern experimentation techniques. You continually improve on and champion modern product discovery practices inside and outside of your team.
- You will have experience leading highly cross-functional teams working closely with engineering, design and data science teams
- You can clearly communicate product decisions and the rationale behind them. You are able to translate complex concepts simply to both technical and non-technical audiences. You’re comfortable making decisions without consensus. You can help others make decisions by being persuasive.
- You have experience working with both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative customer data to inform decisions. You’ve conducted user research, a/b tests and have worked closely with product designers
- You’re entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self-driven
