To help achieve this mission, we’re on the look-out for someone who is process orientated and organised to join our team and take on the role of Broadcast Support Coordinator.
This is a fantastic role to enter into the Trackside Broadcasting Production area, and be part of the efficient and smooth running of the logistics, getting our broadcasting/media services to air. Not to mention you will be able to learn from an experienced team who are a knowledgeable, engaged and friendly bunch.
Where and how you can work
This position is based in our Auckland office however, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week at the office, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences.
Your day-to-day
- Be across Trackside logistics, including sorting travel arrangements and vision linking bookings
- Schedule spots and maintain advertising contracts, assisting in sales of advertising where required
- Process the coding of invoices in a prompt manner
- Ordering and delivery of footage requests for customers and other media

- Aware of financial procedures
- A clear and confident communicator who is happy to speak to a variety of people across the business and on the phone with external providers
- Interested in racing and sports, broadcasting and media production
