Our purpose built offices close to Auckland Airport is home to New Zealand’s largest Distribution Centre and our Support Centre where our team of 1000 people strong, all strive towards becoming one of the most customer driven retailers in the world.About the roleYou’ll be responsible for providing critical support to our Space amp; Range team to enable the delivery a priority project within e-Commerce. Working as a highly capable and trusted team member, you will have an active role in updating the store Floor Plans across all FSNI Banners.To do this, you’ll:· Create the inputs to deliver more robust mapping of our stores, and improving the master data related to our floor planning.· Provide high quality and accurate input files that will be used by FSNI’s e-Commerce team to deliver on a priority project. Your work may include, but not be limited to:· Import drawing files and overlaying fixtures using Symphony.· Capture Location Data from online maps to update the fixture labels.· Review of final output to ensure completeness and accuracy.About youComing from a strong background in either a data entry or an administrative support function, you’ll have meticulous attention to detail and be able to deliver high volume accurate documentation and have experience dealing with routine tasks, recognising and understanding the importance of delivering high quality work.You’ll also:· Be process orientated, excel in data entry, and have strong organizational skills. · Have proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel, and Outlook, and will be able to quickly learn how to use bespoke software.· Have excellent communication skills, with a great ability to collaborate with others and effectively manage deadlines and expectations.What’s in it for youIn return, we offer a competitive salary package including a discount at our supermarkets, flexible working so you can get the most out of life, free parking, subsidised meals at our cafeteria and birthday leave!
