We’re an unbeatable team of almost 25,000 awesome people and over the past 100 years we’ve built up a network of almost 350 PAK’n’SAVE’s, New World’s, Four Squares and Gilmours stores across the North Island.About the RoleAs Vendor Payments Specialist, you’ll be part of the team responsible for ensuring all vendors are processed and paid within the agreed timeframes. This is a high-volume role that requires you to check all payments are correct, reconciled and all stakeholders are engaged with accordingly. We’ve got big aspirations to become the world’s most customer driven retailer. To do that we need exceptionally talented, driven, curious and passionate people that’s where you come in! About youIdeally you’ll have worked in Accounts Payable and Reconciliations previously but if you just have a basic knowledge of accounting would be great too. We can train you! You’ll have excellent Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail and great communication both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver high quality work in large volumes.
