About the roleSupporting the Accounts Payable Manager and leading a team of 10, you will be an established or developing leader experienced working across the business as a trusted partner. This is a key role in our team and we are seeking someone who is ready to step in and take the reigns from Day 1.Focused on delivering effective, efficient solutions to process all inbound transactions and resolve all invoicing and credit exceptions. You will have direct collaboration with suppliers, internal teams and stores to identify, monitor and eliminate the root cause of inefficiencies will be a key to success.Key responsibilities will include:· Ensuring day to day inbound documents are processed and available for payment timely, accurately and in accordance with internal processes and agreed terms.· Building and applying clear process performance measures to monitor quality, manage risk and drive performance and process compliance within the business.· Lead, inspire and engage a team of 10 that are based across multiple sites in the North Island, driving a cohesive culture and providing support and growth opportunities.What can you offer us?With a proven track record of developing and driving teams to achieve stretch targets, you’ll be an Inspirational leader who has come from a high-volume processing background with at least 2-3 years experience in management in a large organisation with a financial shared services focus.What’s in it for you?
