Your Opportunity:
As an Account Director at Thrive New Zealand, you will play a key senior role on some of the agency’s most prestigious and iconic brands in the world, including LEGO, GoPro, and Spotlight, to name a few. This is a chance to be a part of consistent growth and innovation with one of New Zealand and Australia’s most revered public relations and communications agencies sitting at the intersection of digital, consumer/brand and business/purpose PR.
Managing a team amp; clients.
In this role you will mentor some of the smartest PR amp; social consultants in the country while managing a small number of clients who respect and value the work we do. You are exceptional at proactive client counsel, spontaneous with ideas, a great writer and will invest time growing your network and leveraging the extensive community around Thrive and you love keeping your finger on the pulse with daily news, are a media relations guru with exceptional experience delivering campaigns with technology and news journalists along with broadcast media and new independent media outlets. You love the thrill of delivering high-profile events with influencers and integrated social/digital and are curious to learn more about running teams and being front and centre of new business pitches. You will love ideating to challenge BAU on account, and have an appetite for learning new strategic and creative skills including a genuine interest in protecting and building brand reputations and most of all, you love being in the detail and part of an exceptional team!
