About the roleReporting to the Head of Brand amp; Channel and working in a key role in our team, you will be responsible for enabling the delivery of Foodstuffs Own Brands strategic programs of work by establishing, implementing, and maintaining a standardised programme management system and governance. The role will be a key enabler to the Own Brands business providing oversight and high-level coordination of the portfolio of programmes and will partner with the leadership team to ensure effective prioritisation, sequencing in line with capacity and wider business demands with a lens on cross-programme dependencies and impacts on our resources.About youYou’ll be seen as highly consultative with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to move freely between different groups of people with personal confidence that should be based on a high level of competence.Obsessed with process, structure, and widely accessible information, you will have strong experience in establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally allowing you to drive positive outcomes.
