New Zealand Fine Touring Group (NZFT) is a technology enabled travel business based in Wanaka. NZFT operates a multichannel strategy selling travel to international visitors who wish to travel across New Zealand and Australia.

As a Product Coordinator you will join our close-knit and fast paced team. The role has a key focus on working closely with suppliers, entering their products and information into our reservation system and supporting our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure product rates are up-to-date and adjusted for seasons
- Assist with product queries and questions from our sales team
- Updating client and supplier Hamp;S information
- Ensure our booking system is accurate and up-to-date
- Loading new products to our system
- Continuous development of knowledge on New Zealand and Australia product
Requirements
- Passionate and knowledgeable about New Zealand
- Computer skills basic image editing, and data sorting
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management skills
- Ability to work to high standards under pressure and deadlines
- Fast learner of new systems and technology
- Enjoy a dynamic and growing work environment
