Customer Service Representative - Phone-based

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver fantastic customer service in our branch in Wellington! If you love customer service as a telephone-based role and supporting a varied set of customers, this could be the ideal role for you. This is a permanent full-time role based out of our branch in Wellington.

Your role will include (but not be limited to):

• Provide customer service phone support to customers
• Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
• Provide support to the divisional sales teams
• Follow up on customer queries and sales opportunities for our sales teams
• Manage the day-to-day administration requirements of our customers

To be in this role you will have:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and be IT savvy
• Able to demonstrate working effectively under pressure whilst keeping a smile in your voice
• The ability to use a straightforward and practical approach to handling business issues
• An ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar customer service would be desirable
