The Resolutions Administrator is a key member of the team, who will be responsible for handling all customer complaints. You will enjoy hunting out the solution and working with our customers, trades and client. You will not be afraid to have difficult conversations with stakeholders to get to the crux of the issues for our customers.
When you are not resolving complaints, you will be a team play and work within the wider Responsive Customer Coordinator team in assisting and supporting them in their day to day functions.
You will bring with you a positive attitude, ability to think outside the box and thrive on finding solutions and suitable outcomes while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
