While leading a small team, you’ll have a strong focus on collaborating with the entire business to support them achieve their goals and implement some really cool initiatives. You’ll have a strong understanding of the strategy and vision and be a cheerleader for success. You’ll also be supporting the roll out of any new initiatives, from inception through to go-live, and take a deep dive into the data to track, analyse and produce clear and helpful reports to support further success.
You’ll come into this role with strong skills and experience in project management, business development, data literacy and critical analysis, and be described as a ‘people person’ who loves communicating and building relationships. Being a stickler for details and accuracy along with able to juggle priorities are musts, along with being able to see the bigger picture and where things fit. Your day will never be dull and there will be challenges which you confidently will face head on.
