Our purpose built offices close to Auckland Airport is home to New Zealand’s largest Distribution Centre and our Support Centre where our team of 1000 people strong, all strive towards becoming one of the most customer driven retailers in the world.About the roleThe Bakery Recipe Coordinator is a 6 month fixed term contract role where you will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support to the bakery team to allow us to effectively implement new processes and meet regulatory requirements. Playing an active role in implementing the Plain English Allergen Labelling (PEAL) you’ll ensure that processes are managed competently, effectively, and with the highest standards in order to minimise risk.To do this, you’ll:· Coordinate the recipe document process in conjunction with the merchandise and fresh operations teams· Prepare documents, checking for accuracy and maintaining a centralized document repository · Coordinate of the uploading of recipes onto the Foodstuffs North Island recipe management tool· Liaise with other parties, both internal and external (suppliers)· Refine processes and procedures as they evolve, documenting and communicating them to the wider team · Lead and manage a number of key processes and enabling FSNI to comply with regulatory requirements · Assist with the distribution of accurate and timely communication of relevant and engaging content to the appropriate audiences About youYou’ll have a strong track record in an administrative support function preferably in medium to large enterprises and have meticulous attention to detail and able to deliver a high volume of accurate documentation.You’ll also:· Be process orientated and excel with document management, having strong organizational skills · Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook, and ideally experience with Cloud based software· Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with routine tasks· Have excellent planning and communication skills both written and verbal, with a great ability to collaborate with others and effectively manage deadlines and expectations· Be able to effectively manage your time and meet deadlines, maintain relationships and support your immediate team, key stakeholders and the Merchandise Team· Be flexible and be able respond to incoming or urgent requests and prioritise appropriatelyWhat’s in it for youIn return, we offer a competitive salary package including a discount at our supermarkets, flexible working so you can get the most out of life, free parking, subsidised meals at our cafeteria and birthday leave!
