Due to parental leave we are looking for an experienced, passionate and energetic new Product Researcher to join our team. Reporting directly to our Head of Product, you'll be responsible for uncovering valuable market opportunities through research and effective product thinking.
Working within the Product team and alongside Engineering and Revenue, this role bridges the gap between understanding our users and delivering products that exceed their expectations. Translating the user needs, design strategy and business goals into product visions.
What will you be doing?
- Conducting in-depth user research to understand their needs and behaviours
- Translating user needs, design strategy amp; business goals into value-driven product visions
- Monitoring product performance and using data to drive improvements
- Ensure our products align with our overall business strategy and identified growth areas
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements
What will help you succeed in this role?
- At least 5-years commercial working experience- SaaS experience desirable
- Proven experience in product research, data analysis, and strategy
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Passion for discovering and leveraging market opportunities
