About the role

As a Sales Representative, you will be put in charge of a portfolio of rewarding accounts. You will be able to utilise your people skills to forge strong relationships with customers, building up sales and expanding your abilities. Getting on the road to visit clients is exciting and rewarding, you will get to visit your clients regularly and present Redox products and services.


Achieving targets and developing sales will see your career grow at Redox, with those who achieve targets being rewarded. Over time you will be given opportunities to progress throughout the business, with different streams available to everyone as they progress.

In this role you will:

· Identify sales opportunities within your customer base

· Establish strong relationships with key client contacts

· Locate new clients

· Present Redox and our value proposition

· Formulate and negotiate pricing

· Attain market intelligence

Essential qualities and skills

· NZ citizenship, or working rights

· A valid motor vehicle license

· 5+ years’ experience in B2B / key account sales, preferably in chemicals sector

· A hunger to develop valuable relationships and uncover new business

· The ability to communicate confidently (verbal and written), with an excellent phone manner

Desirable

· Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Science/Chemistry, Business, Marketing etc.)
