There’s no shame, no blame and no excuses. It’s about rebuilding relationships. It’s about restoring trust and respect. We’re looking for a Men’s Programme Facilitator to join our team.
As Men’s Programme Facilitator, you will co-facilitate group programmes, undertake assessments and reviews, and provide individual, and whanau support as required. You’ll take a holistic approach to the role, and understand that at its core, it’s about relationships. This will be your standout quality/skill.
We’d love it if you had a social work qualification, and registration with the Social Work Registration Board, but we’re keen to hear from other professions such as counselling. At a minimum, you will need qualifications and professional body membership in some kind of human service. You’re supporting vulnerable people, so you need to know what you’re doing!

This role is permanent full-time, 37.5 hours p/w, Monday-Friday. Hours are 9am 5pm, once a week you will be running an after-hours programme from 1pm 9pm.
