Green School New Zealand seeks an outstanding mission-aligned professional to assume a fixed-term 1-year position, part-time (16 hours) a week in the role of Digital Marketing Specialist. This can be a contractor or employee.
Purpose:
To create online marketing campaigns and raise awareness with Green School Foundation messaging to new lookalike audiences. Produce digital content, plan and implement seasonal campaigns, analyze performance and Lead Generation with custom campaign messaging. Work with other professionals in our global team in a hybrid workplace.

Marketing amp; Communications
- Apply global brand strategy guidelines to all work
- Write copy online marketingpersonas
- Continue digital strategy development
- Monitor and measure metrics and respond
- Work closely with stakeholders
- Create lead generation on digital marketing platforms (ex. meta-advertising)
- Continue the build of a strong cohesive digital presence both locally and globally
- Lead a focus on digital Marketing and communication locally
- Collaborate and work with the AMC (Admissions, Marketing, Communications) division internationally
- Create templates and info sheets for school communications
- Update and edit the website including the parent portal ( hub)
- Update the Green School branding from EIM (Education In Motion)
- Build on digital brand foundation (Meta, Insta, Google)
- Work closely, communicate effectively, and gather data with Green School Community
(learners, parents, staff, leadership, governing body, Advisory board, and global entities)
- Maintain and provide marketing data rapidly and accurately for Green School New Zealand and Green School International Management
Person Specification
- Demonstrably mission-aligned with Green School and its values
- Create engaging content, edit, and schedule campaign posts
- An ability to support advertising and events
- Can work with CRM and support
- Degree in Marketing/ digital communications
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- An ability to measure and manage digital campaigns and real results-orientated
- Flexibility and adaptability in post-scheduling
- Ability and willingness to rapidly acquire and communicate a deep knowledge of Green School’s ethos and education offering
- Extensive experience with digital media platforms, website design and development
- Experience working with media deadlines
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and execute change
- Ability to operate effectively in a passionate global team
Needs to be available for once a fortnight meetings, and a fortnight on campus for meetings, interviews, and presentations
You must currently live and be able to legally work in New Zealand.
Please note that under the Education Act of 1989 and the Children's Act 2014, a police vet will be required for this role.
