Job Description
At Mons Royale, we believe in the benefits of action and adventure sports. The problem is that the clothing worn for these sports are F%ing the planet. We want to change that. Our mission is to shift the rider from synthetics to natural fibres.
We have an opportunity for a leader to join our production and sourcing team in our Wanaka office. You will champion the collaborative relationships with external partners that deliver on the Mons Royale mission.
What you will do:
Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in production or similar roles
- Experience in apparel/textile production delivering full on time
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Passion for textile innovation
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
- Time management and prioritizing skills
