- Research, validate and implement modern Front-End patterns, practices and tooling.
- Upskill product delivery teams on new technology stack as per company tech radar.
- Guide modernization of legacy applications through modern front-end practices.
- Upskill product delivery teams in modernization techniques via documentation and in-person collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product engineering teams to create quality software that our customer love.
- Produce clean, consistent and well-organised code and documentation.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement in the team’s processes and product.
- Work in a you build it, you run it environment where engineering teams build deploy, monitor and support their components that they own.
What you will bring
- Experience in large, complex and fast-paced teams, across multiple environments.
- React, TypeScript and Next.js - we really want to see developers with a passion in FE technology.
- Working with the team to identify and implement improvements in our processes, practices and product.
- Experience in progressing productivity and quality of the codebase through improvement activities.
- Experience within an Agile environment.
