The role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by generating outbound leads and booking meetings for our Business Development Managers. This position is an excellent role for individuals early in their sales careers to gain valuable experience and progression opportunities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound lead generation calls to prospective clients, introducing them to Ideally and identifying their needs.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Schedule and book meetings with potential clients for our Business Development Managers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategise and develop effective outreach approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting bookings.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve our lead generation and outreach processes.


Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Some prior sales experience, through internships or part-time jobs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • A positive and resilient attitude, with a passion for driving results.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
