We are looking for a Tech amp; System Specialist to join our fun, dynamic, and fast-growing team. As the Tech amp; System Specialist you will liaise with our external development team to maintain and enhance our purpose-built system. You will provide technology and system support to our team and coordinate business projects.
This role will suit someone who is highly organised, a problem solver and is looking to take a step up in their career.
You will be helping us with
- Technology Support: Ordering equipment, user management, email management, and troubleshooting.
- Business Liaison: Key point of contact between the business and the external development team.
- Project Management: Managing systems and technology-focused projects. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met and efficiencies are maximised.
Requirements
- High level of attention to detail, customer customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to self-learn.
- Highly organised with proven experience managing projects and working to deadlines.
- Strong technical skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Tech Support, Business Analyst or Project Manage role.
- Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft.
