MEET THE TEAM
Our Consultants are the experienced LEAP specialists bringing new users to our network and setting them up for success from day one. As a trusted LEAP expert, you’ll work closely with clients to enable easy and efficient adoption of LEAP software, with a seamless transition that leaves our clients free to focus on what they do best.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations NZ, you will work closely with our Data Transition Specialists, Project Managers and the Implementations Team to ensure a smooth and successful implementation and delivery of LEAP, including training clients. Our Implementations team help our new and existing clients transition from their current practice management software to LEAP.

As this is a permanent role it will only be open to candidates with Australian/New Zealand Resident/Permanent Residency or Citizenship.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients
  • Proactively liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the on-time implementation of LEAP
  • Understand the client’s accounting process requirements and assist the project team in translating requirements into functional specifications for implementation and delivery
  • Perform remote and onsite installations of LEAP software including installation, configuration, training, data transition review and general support
  • Create and maintain documentation and training delivery processes
  • Identify training and development needs of clients
  • Develop implementation and training delivery plans
  • Prepare and deliver standard and custom training events via web conference tools, web meeting or standard classroom methods in a one-on-one or group setting, amending and revising programmes as necessary to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
  • Understand and implement complementary third-party applications, where applicable

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 2+ years’ experience in a law firm or legal accounting role
  • Proven ability to problem-solve
  • Competent with Salesforce, Microsoft Office and web presentation tools
  • Experience using Legal Practice Management Software
