Your primary responsibilities will be to manage the supply chain and business IT systems that make Spidertracks tick. What you will do
- IT - Manage core business IT systems and devices, as well as outsourced IT services, ensuring efficiency, availability and security.
- Supply chain - Manage the day to day operations of the complete supply chain for our physical products, including inventory control and fulfilment processes.
- Services - Service management with our IoT connectivity suppliers (satellite, cellular.)
- Quality - Lead quality assurance initiatives including ISO 27001.
- Operational excellence - Champion operational excellence across the whole business actively seeking out opportunities to improve.
- Business analyst - Use data to measure business outcomes and iterate improvements.

Your experience
- Managing IT systems (preferable)
- Supply chains (preferable)
- Electronics and/or manufacturing processes (preferable)
- Commercial aviation (Ideal).
Your education
A tertiary qualification in engineering or similar technology field.
