Collaborating with cross-functional teams you’ll:· Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to eCommerce initiatives· Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and enhancement· Develop and maintain comprehensive business process models, user stories, and functional specifications that align with eCommerce goals and objectives· Focus on driving automation of reporting and dashboards across all teams· Identify and assess potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables· Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the eCommerce team, including sharing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the eCommerce domain, and make recommendations for continuous improvementAbout youWith proven experience as a Business Analyst in the eCommerce industry you’ll have a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects. You’ll be familiar with data analysis tools and techniques and have the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.You’ll also have:· In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, systems, and processes, with a focus on online retail and customer experience· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels· Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency in using relevant tools such as Jira or Trello· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment· Knowledge of retail and grocery industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapeWhat’s in it for youIn return, we offer a competitive salary package including subsidised health insurance, flexible working so you can get the most out of life, free parking, participation in the company superannuation fund, birthday leave and long service leave!
