We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist with proven experience in developing and executing multi-brand e-commerce strategies, including SEO development, to maximise traffic, conversions and revenue while improving customer experience across our sites.
This role requires strong proficiency in maintaining and optimising e-commerce platforms and SEO, skilled use of analytic tools, the ability to interpret and action data, and a track record of successfully driving ecommerce growth and achieving key performance metrics.
While e-commerce and SEO is your specialty you will have a fundamental understanding of Google Analytics, and understand how other areas of marketing such as social media, EDM and website management interact with SEO.

What does the role look like:
- Creating and executing an effective Ecommerce and SEO strategy across multiple international brands simultaneously.
- Planning, implementing, analysing and optimising website performance and UX through data and trends, ensuring all websites are continually updated.
- Strategic planning and implementation of CRO/SEO/SEM.
- Monitoring and analysing performance, including traffic and ranking metrics, to identify areas of improvement and adjust Ecommerce and SEO strategies accordingly.
- Working with the Marketing team to grow subscriber base, website traffic and conversions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure that our website content is optimised for SEO and user experience.
- Troubleshooting website issues and working with developers to implement upgrades and manage compliance.
Requirements
- 2+years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global brand.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A passion for Ecommerce and SEO and the business results they drive.
- Proven experience creating and executing an effective ecommerce strategy across multiple brands simultaneously.
- Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
- Understanding and experience of SEO, CRO, UX, SEM and managing integrated programmes such as Klayvio and Google Analytics.
- Proven experience in website optimisation, sales journey and conversion optimisation, A/B testing and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and subsequent actions.
- Exceptional organisational skills with proven experience driving successful campaigns.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
