About the role

As a recruitment coordinator, you’ll build strong relationships with our Hiring Managers and become a trusted recruitment specialist to help build our recruitment capability. Whilst you’ll be a part of the dynamic Human Resources Team, this is a hands-on recruitment position with a focus and drive to our talent sourcing and onboarding processes, in line with our Group recruitment strategy..

Duties amp; Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and advice on recruitment processes, including advertising, selection processes, offers and contracts administration
  • Monitor responses/applications received via internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
  • Ensure candidate information is captured accurately and efficiently within HRIS system (myToolKit)
  • Provide immigration support to wider HR team, managing job checks and monitor INZ regulations and updates
  • Provide assistance and guidance to candidates from overseas with information about New Zealand (Welcome to New Zealand pack)
  • Arrange and book flights for the overseas candidates who are scheduled to arrive in New Zealand
  • Provide monitoring and collection of data, including regular and ad hoc reports, by sourcing, preparing and analysing demographic information and recruiting statistics
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective placement of advertising for all current and projected vacancies
  • Proactively manage and maintain candidate database to create talent pools and opportunities for talent pipelining
  • Assist hiring managers with shortlisting and interviewing candidates
  • Support activities such as reference checks, issuing offers and contracts, along with other hiring processes as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience within temp recruitment or administration is advantageous
  • Exceptional time management and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
  • A proactive and energetic approach to your work.
