We have an exciting new opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Property and Workspace Solutions team and contribute to the success of our business by providing facilities management support across Entains property portfolio within New Zealand.
In this role, you will ensure the maintenance and minor capital work are accurately coordinated in a timely manner, and maintenance administrative support is delivered as part of an end-to-end Facilities Management delivery across our retail and commercial property portfolio. This role will also work collaboratively with other teams, ensuring that maintenance is delivered to agreed standards and that customer satisfaction and other maintenance operational performance targets are achieved.

Your day-to-day.
- Provide customer-centric, positive and prompt facilities management service for the national property portfolio (retail and commercial).
- Utilise Entain NZ’s operational systems to proactively coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance services that are carried out promptly and professionally, ensuring repairs are undertaken to align with our lease obligations.
- Conduct regular audits of services delivered, validating the workmanship and value-for-money received by Entain, working with the contractors to resolve any issues identified.
- Support in providing meaningful management reporting demonstrating overall performance of the end-to-end Facilities Management delivery
- Support the National Facilities Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records are maintained for all contractors.
- Ensure all invoicing is reviewed and received promptly to ensure our contractors are paid on time.
- Work with the Facilities Management team to proactively identify facilities-related risks, including implementing mitigation actions that adhere to Entain's Risk Management framework.
- Participate in reviewing processes, collecting and evaluating customer feedback, etc., to improve the effectiveness of services provided by the team.

- Proven experience in facilities management/administration and the ability to understand and apply processes and systems gained from administrative support experience within a busy team environment.
- Proven experience working with high-volume systems, including processing jobs, invoices and orders in our systems.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight timeframes.
- Ability to deliver high volumes of quality work, yet also be flexible and able respond to incoming requests.
- Ability to build and maintain various effective business relationships within the organisation and a wide network of professional relationships across the industry.
