Job Description
YoungShand is seeking an Account Director to join our team. As an integrated creative, digital and media agency, we have built a reputation for creating bold campaigns that leverage technology to transform the way brands communicate. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of account managers and developing relationships with clients that enhance their marketing strategies. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about working with clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients, show an understanding of their business objectives, and work collaboratively to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage and mentor junior team members.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, uncovering new opportunities for growth and success.
- Lead presentations to clients.
- Attend industry events to stay informed of the latest trends and technologies.
- Actively look to drive agency efficiency and optimise processes.
- Manage the delivery of high-quality projects that are on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Requirements
- 6-10+ years' experience in account management or related field.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Creative problem solver.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful advertising strategy.
- High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
