The role:
The Technical Sales Consultant is an exciting new role at Devoli, and one that will play a key part in our sales engine. The primary focus of this role is to lead technical discussions and solution design with a range of customers across NZ and Australia (including wholesale and direct/business customers, i.e. government, enterprise and corporate). So, if you are someone who loves technology and solving complex customer problems, this might be the opportunity you've been looking for..
Reporting to our Director of Sales, you will work alongside account managers to help build a pipeline of new opportunities while engaging with customers directly to understand their technical and business challenges. Using your technical expertise (and in collaboration with our tech teams) you will formulate solutions to solve customer problems, articulate how Devoli's technology and products enable the solution, and can position this simply to both business and technical users.
As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will also be involved in all stages of the opportunity cycle (i.e. pre-sales and post-sales) and work closely with other teams within Devoli.
